Quarterly BAS shows total Gross Wages and PAYG

I have last financial years total gross wages and payg showing on this financial years firstly quarterly activity statement. Has anybody else had this problem? Have I missed doing something to cut off the last financial year? These figures should not be showing on this years quarterly activity statement.

Thanks for posting in the Community! Let's check on your GST Amendment report to see if there's any changes made on your gross wages or PAYG on previous financial year. An amendment appears when a transaction from a previously lodged BAS period has been edited after the BAS was lodged, carrying forward the changes to the BAS you’re about to lodge. To check for amendments, run the GST Amendment report.

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to GST and select Run reports.
  2. Select the GST Amendments report.
  3. Amendments for all periods will be shown here. To view amendments for PAYGW, select Pay as you go Withholding from the GST Agency dropdown menu.

 

To clear or to remove the amendments showing on your current BAS, we can unlodge the BAS for the period in which the date of the amendment is showing. For best assistance with unlodging your BAS, kindly contact our Support team.
