Rest super employees come up with "the state in the employee's address contains an unexpected value.?

I can't find the issue and have entered the addresses in multiple formats, i have no other issues with any other super funds?

Hi ldatson,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community! Let's ensure that you've unticked Enter Residential Address Manually on your employee settings.

 

  1. Go to Employees tab.
  2. Select an employee.
  3. On Details tab, untick Enter Residential Address Manually.
  4. Select Save.

 

In addition, make sure you have entered the correct address on employee's profile. Once done, try to process the employee's super batch.
