STP Finalisation. I get a warning to say there are terminated employees not included in the list - yet they are included in the list. Will they be reported twice?

Thank you for taking time to reach out to us.


Getting the warning will normally show for all active and terminated employees. If the terminated employee has been submitted on the previous pay event and have ticked the Is Final, this employee will no longer be reported. What we do is to exclude the employee from STP finalisation as there is no payrun for this pay period.
