Super batch not getting created- Sep19 Super something got changed I am being asked to register on Beam which I already was part of, not able to create Sep Batch?

To check the set up of your Automated Super Payments using the Beam account, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support Team. They'll also investigate what's causing you from registering to your Beam account again.

 

Here's how to reach them:

 

  1. Click Help on the top menu.
  2. Choose Contact us.
  3. Type Super Batch payment using Beam in the What can we help you with? field.
  4. Click Let's talk.
  5. Choose Start a chat or Get a callback.
