The employees tab on the side of quickbooks won't load up when I click on it so I can do the payroll.It tries but then its just a blank screen.

To access the Employees tab, please make sure that third party cookies are not blocked in your browser settings. Let me show you how to unblock third party cookies.

For Google Chrome:

1. Select the 3 vertical dots on the top right corner.
2. Select Settings.
3. Under Privacy and Security select Cookies and other site data.
4. Select Allow all cookies under General Settings.

For Safari:

1. Select Safari on the top left corner.
2. Select Preferences  then Privacy. 
3. Untick Prevent Cross-Site Tracking.

Once you have unblocked third-party cookies, return to your QuickBooks file. Log out, then log back in. The Employees tab should now load.
