Question

There is an issue with my direct bank feeds. I am receiving all the expenses but not the deposits. what can I do?

Hello there, innov8.

 

What bank were you trying to see the downloaded deposits from, and were you prompted with any error? This way, I can check in our list of reported issues and I can help you sort things out. 

 

Once a transaction has been cleared by the bank, they're sent to QuickBooks the following weeknight. To refresh the list, we can do a manual update. 

 

Here's how: 

  1. Go to the Banking page.
  2. Select the bank to update.
  3. At the upper-right, click Update

If deposits are still unavailable, we can manually import your transaction. Let's identify the date range we'll need to import. Then, we can log in to your bank to download or ask a copy directly from your bank. Let's save the file to one of our supported files such as .CSV or .QBO. Then, let's import them once ready.
