Welcome to the Online Community, lenise.

There’s already an open ticket about the issue you’re experiencing when running payroll (INV-39476). Our engineers are all hands on deck getting this feature working back to normal.

While waiting for the resolution, please sign up to our notification list of affected users. I’m unable to pull up account details in the Community for safety purposes.

I recommend contacting our QBO Care Team since they can add your company in a secure space. Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Help icon at the top to select the Contact Us link.
  2. This will open another window where you can enter the issue/topic.
  3. Once done, click on the Let’s talk button to view the support information.
  4. Choose how you want to contact our QBO Care Team: Start a chat or Get a callback (M-F, 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM, AEDT).

The investigation also provides important information that can help our engineers find a permanent resolution. You will also receive an email once there’s progress about the issue.

In the meantime, let’s open your QuickBooks using a different browser. From there, try creating a paycheque.

If this doesn’t work, resize the page of the application. To minimize it, hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and the minus (-) sign repeatedly to zoom out and make the page smaller. Meanwhile, press the Ctrl and the plus (+) keys to zoom in.

You can visit the QuickBooks Resource Centre and register to our Newsletter to receive email updates about the product and the latest enhancements added in the application.

I appreciate your patience while we’re working through this. Reach out to me if you have any other concerns. I’m more than happy to help.
