Unable to access Employees tab in browser after resetting ipad

Had to reset my ipad due to other problems. Now I cannot access my Employees tab in safari (tried chrome as well). Essential for me to update roster changes.

Hi Dandee,

 

Let me show you how to enable third party cookies on your browser to be able to access the Employees tab.

 

Safari

 

  1. Go to the Safari menu and select Preferences.
  2. Click on the Privacy tab and under the Cookies and website data section, ensure the Block all cookies and the Prevent cross-site tracking option is not selected. 


Chrome

 

  1. From the menu, click Settings.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the settings screen and click Show advanced settings.
  3. Under the Privacy header, click the Content Settings button.
  4. Under the Cookies section, ensure the Block third-party cookies and site data option is not ticked.
