We didn't find any results for "Why does my employee receive a payslip but not actual pay?? Why does this keep happening? Does the payroll system work??"

Hello and welcome to the Community, @lizpincott.

 

Once you've completed and locked the payroll data, this will automatically be visible to employees from within the employee portal. Since your employee didn't receive the actual pay, I'd suggest reaching out to our Payroll Support so they can check the status using their tools. 

 

They'll be able to access your account in a secure environment and verify if the payment went through. You can check the following links below for other information about setting up your pay run.
