Question

We get feedback from QB's that we cannot access keyPay & are unable to add employees to KeyPay for 1 touch payroll. How can we set this up? Thanks Mic

Hi aaphysio, 

 

If you are currently having issues with accessing the payroll system after setting up your details and running a recent pay run this may be attributed to a browser issue. To fix this, I would encourage you to click here for troubleshoot steps that include trying a different browser. 

 

After trying these steps if you find the issue continues, I would encourage you to reach out to our friendly support staff so we can check the setup of the account and assist further.
