What account should purchase of uniforms for staff be entered/created?

Hi John,

 

You can create a new Chart of Account for Staff Uniforms if none of the existing categories apply.

 

To do this:

  1. Select the Gear Icon, then select Chart of Accounts under the first column.
  2. Select New on the top-right corner, then select Expenses as the Account Type and Staff costs as the Detail Type.
  3. Name the account Staff Uniforms, or a name of your choice.
  4. Select Save and close.
