What do I do if the award my employees are under isn't available when I am setting up my employee info in payroll?

Hi egplumbdrain-hot,

 

If the award isn't available, you can create your own by creating pay rate templates and leave allowance templates, then navigate to Payroll Settings > Employment Agreements to create a custom award.
