When completing a payroll the drop down box will not change from fortnightly to weekly. This has been like this for over a week now so there must be a glitch please help?

There's an on-going issue about not being able to see the drop-down option when creating a new Pay run. Our engineers are working to get this fixed as soon as possible.

As an alternative, you can resize your browser window by Zoom in and Zoom out to resolve this issue by using the keyboard's up and down arrow keys to do this. Also, you can try using a different browser.

I suggest contacting our phone support team to add you to the notification list. Here's how to reach them. 

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Click Help.
3. Select Contact Us.
