Question

When I select payroll in my QBO Online dashboard, it shows me nothing even though im subscribed to Advanced Payroll + Timesheet.

Hi office-medfordho,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community! Blocked third party cookies may cause issues with loading the Employees tab. Let's check your browser settings and ensure that third party cookies is not blocked.

 

Follow the steps on how to unblock third party cookies based on the browser you're using.

 

For Google Chrome:

  1. Select the 3 vertical dots on the top right corner.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Under Privacy and Security select Cookies and other site data.
  4. Select Allow all cookies under General Settings.

 

For Safari:

  1. Select Safari on the top left corner.
  2. Select Preferences  then Privacy
  3. Untick Prevent Cross-Site Tracking.

 

For Firefox:

  1. Navigate to the Employees tab.
  2. Select the Shield icon next to the URL bar on the top left corner.
  3. Toggle the switch off for Enhanced Tracking Protection.

 

Once you have unblocked third-party cookies, return to your QuickBooks file. Log out, then log back in.
