Question

When trying to open Employees tab it has a message about Cookies Disabled. Is there something else I need to do when using the Quikbooks App?

Hi waters-a,

 

I'd recommend using a browser to access the Employees tab and QuickBooks Online at the the moment. We are experiencing accessibility issues with the Employees tab in the app, but the browser shouldn't present any issues. 

 

Please also call in to our support team so they can do additional troubleshooting to find if there is some other reason the app's Employees tab is not working for you. 

  1. In your QuickBooks Online, click the Help menu in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select Contact us and enter the details of your concern.
  3. Click Let's talk and choose Chat or Get a callback.
  4. Enter the needed information.
