Question

When we unlock payruns, we're required to enter a reason. Where do we review those reasons we entered? If we cannot review them, where do they go?

Specifically, we made some changes to payruns in January, that I am trying to figure out the logic behind, so seeing the reasons that were entered might help

Thanks for posting in the Community!

 

There is no specific report showing the comments or activity made on a unlocked and refinalised pay run. What we can do is run report like the Pay Run Audit Report.

 

The pay run audit report is available from both the Reports menu and by going to the pay run, clicking on the Reports button in the action bar and selecting Audit Report.

 

You can also check different reports in your payroll account through the Payroll Tab, and click on Reports.
