Where can you add a new unit in payroll as there is not one for quarterly

Hi user73767,

 

There is no option to add a quarterly pay schedule in QuickBooks Payroll. The only options are for weekly, fortnightly and monthly.

 

You will have to set up a monthly pay schedule and run payruns monthly.
