Why am I getting "cookies disabled" message in Keypay (Employees) when using QBO app?

I am not accessing QBO via Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari. I am using the QBO app on my windows PC. Why does this message come up, and what do I need to do about it?

I know a way to fix this, shawian.

 

Cookie are used by any applications when the data via internet or online. This explains why the browser settings still affects the QBO Desktop app.

 

To get rid of the error, we'll need to configure a few settings on your browsers. You can follow the detailed steps in this article: 

Enabling 3rd Party Cookies.

 

The next time you access the app, it will no longer show the "Cookies Disabled" message.
