Why can't i change from fortnightly to weekly in the pay run i was able to until this week

It's possible that your browser stored a lot of cached, which can sometimes cause behaviors like this, dot3.

 

We can perform some troubleshooting steps, so you can back to running the payroll. 

 

Here's how:

  1. Open your QuickBooks Online account in an incognito or private browser. This prevents cache, or temporary internet files from being stored in your browser. 
  2. Once logged in, go process the pay run and try to change the pay schedule. If it's successful, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. This resolves any browser-related problems.

On the other hand, we can use a different browser (Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Safari) to see if we got the same situation.
