Why can't you complete payroll on mobile app?

This is not a feature of the current mobile app so there are no options to complete payroll. If you wish to process payroll you can do so via a browser. If this is a feature that will be useful to you on the app, you can provide feedback to the team. We always appreciate feedback as it helps us prioritize what customers want most to continually improve our product! 

You can give direct feedback via the app

1. Tap the Gear icon on the top left of the screen

2. Under Help, Tap "Feedback" 

3. Input your message and "Send Feedback"

Are you currently processing payroll via the browser? If there is anything else we can help with, please ask!
