Why when i go into employees and try to process a pay run nothing come up and i cant process a pay run, even when i click new pay run it just takes me to a blank screen

Hi userpasta_mafia,

 

Let's do some browser troubleshooting so you can create a pay run in QuickBooks Online.

 

First thing we'll need to do is to check if third party cookies is enabled on your browser. Once you've confirmed that it is enabled and still not able to create a pay run, kindly access your account on a private or incognito window. A private browser does not store any activities, which is why it's a good idea to use it for any unexpected behavior in the program.

 

Here are keyboard shortcuts you can use depending on the browser you're using:


Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N  
Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: press Command + Shift + N


If you're able to create a pay run, kindly go back to your default browser and clear your browser’s cache. It is a good idea to clear cache, to remove the temporary internet files and to help the application function properly. Please consider using different browser too.
