Hello there, afpatw.

This isn’t the kind of impression I want you to have when using QuickBooks Online (QBO). I’m here to help make sure you can use the online program smoothly.

QuickBooks Online (QBO), like all modern web-based software, also relies on your computer’s processing power, the bandwidth of your internet connection, and the available memory (RAM). When there’s a shortage in any of the areas will affect the performance of the online program.

To resolve the issue, let me share some tips to enhance your online experience.

  • Intuit recommends Chrome to get the best experience possible. If you are already using Chrome, ensure you are using the latest release by going to the Chrome menu and selecting Help, then About Google Chrome.
  • Ensure your operating system is up to date and you meet or exceed the System Requirements for QuickBooks Online.
  • Verify your internet speed (bandwidth) is not limiting your QuickBooks Online experience. Run a Google Speed Test to confirm your bandwidth/the speed of your connection. To better understand the results of the Google Speed Test, be sure to read over how the results are determined and what they mean.

For more details, you can read through this article: Why is my QuickBooks Online slow? It provides information on how your internet browsers and mobile connections can affect the performance of the program.

You can bookmark this link for future reference: Troubleshooting browser problems. It contains solutions on how to resolve when you encounter issues visiting Intuit sites. The guide is from another region, but it also apply to your version.

Don’t hesitate to post a comment if you need help when using QuickBooks. I’ll be around to assist further. Have a good one.
