All my suppliers have disappeared what's going on???

I have been entering expenses on my phone app with no problem and all of a sudden my suppliers are missing!

It's nice to see you in Community.  Welcome!  Using the QuickBooks Online mobile app is a great way to complete your daily bookkeeping tasks while on-the-go.  Entering bills and expenses can be done seamlessly.  I'd be glad to help!

 

To ensure you're able to enter your expenses with the associated suppliers, I recommend refreshing the app, if you haven't done so already.  Here's how;

 

For iOS;

 

  1. Go to the Menu ☰ and tap Help & Feedback, then Refresh Data
    Note: A message appears “Caution. If there was a problem getting your latest QuickBooks Online data, you can refresh it now. It may take a few minutes.
  2. Tap Refresh to confirm.

For Android

 

  1. Go to the Menu ☰ then tap More Options
  2. Tap Settings then Refresh Data.
  3. Tap YES to confirm.

If you're still unable to see the list of suppliers, log into your QuickBooks Online account from a web browser.  Preferred browsers include, Safari, Edge, Google Chrome or Firefox.
