Any issues with US exchange today ?

Welcome to Community!  I appreciate you reaching out to inquire about concerns with exchange rates in QuickBooks Online.  We currently are not aware of any issues with this feature with other QuickBooks customers.  However, if the issue persists, it's important to contact our Customer Care team outside of Community.  They'll have the ability to review the situation in more depth and escalate it for further investigation if needed.  In the interim, you can enter or revalue exchange rates as noted in this helpful guide.  In addition, please follow this link to review reported QuickBooks Online incidents and their status.  You can also subscribe for updates.
