Question

Anyone know what/where to find customer ID and User ID for syncing BMO? There are no indications to what they are referring to connect the account.

When linking your accounts to QuickBooks, you'll enter the same credentials used when signing into your bank's website.  Here's a helpful guide for your reference.

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.

Hi QuickBooks,

 

I have the same questions and I didn't see the questions answered:

 

What is 'Customer ID'? Is that you bank card number?

If yes, what about "User ID'? 

 

I have searched your knowledgebase to no avail.
