Can 2 products with different product names share inventory. SO when one gets sold, but go down in qty?

Welcome to the Community. QuickBooks Online is a great program that gives you the ability to easily track your sales and expenses. I'd be glad to help.

At this moment, the program doesn't offer the possibility of having 2 products with different product names share inventory. QuickBooks offers the ability to set up individual items in your products and services, but also the option to group them together in a bundle. To group products into a bundle, you can click on Sales on the left navigation menu > select Products & Services > click New then Bundle to group your products.

If you'd like to include the possibility of having two products with different product names sharing inventory, I recommend that you send us Feedback by clicking on the Gear icon at the top. This is sent to our Development Team to consider for future updates.
