QuickBooks Online provides the option to edit your print settings, here's how:

1. Select the Settings on the Toolbar, then select Custom Form Styles under Your Company.
2. Select a form, then Edit (Note: Select New style and choose a type of transaction if this is the first time you're customizing a form).
3. Select the Design tab.
4. Select Edit Print Settings.
5. Put a check on the box before Fit printed form with pay stub in window envelope. Put a check on the box before Fit to window envelope and Include payment stub.
6. Select Done.
