Can you turn off the auto update for linked accounts?

I am still working through 2022 and will no longer be using 2023, but when I unlink accounts I lose all the transactions that have not added from the feed and have to re-link but do not want the 2023 data to keep transferring in

It's great to see you back in the Community! I would be happy to provide some information on how you can continue working through 2022, without having your 2023 transactions showing up in your account.

 

Since automatic bank feeds can't be turned off in QuickBooks, you can unlink your bank and manually upload only the transactions you need to work on. Here are a couple articles that will help you with the process of manually importing your transactions.

I can see how beneficial it could be to have the option of turning off automatic updates, so I suggest leaving feedback by heading to the "Gear" icon and selecting the "Feedback" option. These comments are viewed and considered by our developers as they create new features and updates for QuickBooks.
