Company logo on the payment remittance form is way too big. How do I fix this? The logo on the other forms is sized properly.

Welcome to Community!  Thank you for confirming that your company logo is sized correctly.  When creating custom form styles in QuickBooks Online, it effects all templates.  However, it's essential that your remittances show your company logo as designed.  I would be glad to assist!

The behavior you've described can be in relation to the 'Airy New' template.  I suggest changing your default template by opening your Settings ⚙, then select Custom form styles.  Edit your Default template and open the Design tab.  Choose a different design and Save your changes.  If your remittance slip remains the same, I recommend updating or repairing Adobe Reader or Acrobat. This helps fix PDF print related-issues including invoice and voucher logos.
