Thanks for joining us here in the QuickBooks Community! I'd be happy to provide some information regarding timesheets. 

QuickBooks online provides the option to create a copy of your previous timesheet. However, if you haven't approved the timesheets, this may be why your getting this error message. If you have approved the timesheet, I recommend trying a few troubleshooting steps such as, clearing your cache and cookies, switching to a different browser, or trying in a private browser, as it may be browsing data accumulation that is preventing the software from doing what it is supposed to do.
