Do we have any level of QBO subscription that will have a feature showing inventory item availability Quantity on PO, Sales Order, or On hand?I am using QBO Plus.

The function you've described above isn't available on the subscription levels in QBO. You're more than welcome to send feature requests by clicking on the Gear icon and looking for Feedback. I also recommend searching for third-party apps that can offer more reporting options on our app store www.apps.com.
