Does anyone know how to change the name of a customer? I’ve been looking for online help but the videos show different Quick Book versions.

Welcome to the Community! QuickBooks Online offers a powerful platform that simplifies the way you handle your accounting. I can see the importance of being able to change your customer's name and I'll be glad to show you how. 

Here's how to merge customers in QB Online: 

1. Navigate to the Sales menu.
2. Click on the Customers tab.
3. Select and open the customer profile in question.
4. Hit Edit.
5. In the Display name as field, enter the new name of the customer. 
6. Click on Save once you're done.
