Hey everyone. We just started using QuickBooks Online. Half our customers are able to send us bank transfers, while the other half cant. Any ideas how to fix this?

We have processed about 10 payments, and have had 5 issues. Credit card transfers are no problem. It is with bank transfer only. Thank you!

  • Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > choose Contact Us > provide a brief summary > select Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
