Question

HI! I would like to associate the cost of Nanopay with the customer who made the payment. How do I know what payment corresponds to that cost?

Hi there,

It's important that all your transactions be entered correctly so that your books can be well-balanced. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help you send invoices to your customers for them to pay you for your services. I can point you in the right direction for assistance with classifying these bank payments.

To see if these payment fees can be attributed to the customer in your books, I recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Payments support team. They'll be able to specify if a customer can be assigned for the fees, as well as provide the assistance to do so if it's possible. You can reach them using these steps:

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
Social Media: Facebook and Twitter
