How come i can only go back one year in the weekly time sheet? is there anywhere else I can find the number of hours worked per week?

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online has the features you need to stay ahead of your work.  The Reports feature is a dynamic way to capture exactly what you need at a glance.  I'll be happy to help!

Here's how to view the number of hours worked;

1. Open Reports from the left menu

2. In the Search field, enter Time Activities by Employee Detail

3. Choose your preferred Time Activity Date using the ▼ dropdown menu

4. Select the Group by field 

5. Hit Run report

That should do it for you!
