How come time from a supplier does not show up in a time activities by customer detail after february 2024?

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online enables you to enter timesheets for employees and suppliers with confidence.  You can run reports to view details at a glance.  I would be glad to help!

It's important to keep in mind that weekly timesheets are non-posting transactions, so they won't show on reports like Profit and Loss until they've been added to a sale for an expense type transaction.  When paying a subcontractor or a supplier for timesheet entries, you'll review the total hours worked, on the Time Activities by Employee Detail report, then enter a bill or cheque for the associated supplier.
