How do I change Packing list view

I created new form "Packing list" the way I needed and it is in PDF view (default) now but Company changed address I made changes and Invoices now are showing correct address but Packing List still showing old address What do I do to change it?

Hi, Irina. Let me guide you on how to update the company's address on your packing list or slip.

 

Once you've changed your company's address through the Company tab, your transactions including the packing list will display the new address added. Since the changes don't flow to your packing list, I recommend performing the basic troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue.

 

First, I recommend closing and opening QuickBooks again. This way, you can refresh QuickBooks to use the updated address on your packing list. If the same thing happens, you can prepare the slip through a private window to check browser issues that may affect the issue.

 

To save you time, use either of these keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

 

If it works fine, go back to your original browser and clear its cache to start fresh. You can also use another supported and up-to-date browser to narrow down the result.
