Question

How do i delete pay schecules? there are way too many shown in the list. how do I edit the name of the schedule?

Congrats on your first post in the Community. QuickBooks offers a versatile payroll module that allows you to get ahead with your work. Rest assured, I'll be glad to share more info and help assist so you're on the right track. 

 

Here's how to delete a pay schedule in QuickBooks: 

 

  1. Go to Payroll and select Employees.
  2. Select the employee you wish to create a pay schedule for.
  3. In the Employment details section, select Edit.
  4. From the Pay schedule drop-down, you can select the pay schedule in question and click on the Delete Schedule button.
  5. Make sure your changes are saved in order to the changes to go into effect.
