How do I enter line items in products and services ?

It's a pleasure to see you in Community.  Welcome!  Entering your inventory items in QuickBooks Online is a great time saver when creating forms.  I'd be happy to help!

When you're creating an invoice, you can add items directly from the Product/Service column. If you start typing the item name, you'll see an option to +Add new for which you'll click on the option to complete the remaining fields for the item.  This will add the item to your list of inventory.  Another way to add inventory items is by going to > Settings ⚙ > Products and Services > New.  Here's a helpful guide for your reference.
