How do I export a custom template from Quickbooks Online to move to a new company file?

My client is changing from a proprietorship to a corporation and has created a new QBO company file as a result.  They have a custom Estimate and a custom Invoice already created in the old QBO file.  I want to export these templates to import them into the new company file.  Just to clarify - both the old and new company files are in Quickbooks Online.

Welcome to the Community. QuickBooks Online is a great program that gives you the ability to easily track your sales and expenses. I'd be glad to help.

At this time, the program does not offer the option to export custom templates. I encourage you to create the custom template in the new company file.

If you'd like to include the option to export custom templates from QuickBooks, I recommend that you send us Feedback by clicking on the Gear icon at the top. This is sent to our Development Team to consider for future updates.
