How do you delete credit card information in a customer file?

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! Thanks for reaching out to us here. QuickBooks Payments is a great feature that enables your customers to pay directly from their invoices. I would be happy to provide some information.

Currently, there isn't the option to remove a customers credit card number. However, if you click on this link, you'll see my colleague has posted a work around so that your customers credit card is no longer in your QuickBooks. I can see how being able to remove a credit card number would be beneficial for you. I recommend leaving feedback for our developers. We're always looking for ways to make QuickBooks better. Every comment is reviewed and considered by our developers as they create new features and updates for QuickBooks.
