Hi there amrinder_sandhu1,

It's vital for your customers to have the correct information to them in order for them to know the services offered. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help you create and send invoices to your customers all while having them entered into your books. I can provide some information about customers.

In QuickBooks Online, a customer can only have a single address, However, you can create a main customer for the main company to bill as well as a sub-customer for the location in which the services were performed. Here's how:

  1. Click on Sales in the left panel, then tap on Customers.
  2. Select the New Customer button.
  3. Fill in the customer's details (you can input an additional character for the customer's name to avoid errors).
  4. Mark the Is sub-customer box, then choose the parent's name from the drop-down. You can also select the Bill with the parent option so all transactions recorded under this customer will flow to the parent one.
  5. Enter the other address from the Address section.
  6. Hit Save.
  7. Repeat the same steps for other customers.
