I am having an issue with my connected "Squarea new App" Under "Upp transactions", when I attempt to add a new item to square (service or inventory item) No window opens

The window opens behind the "Sale Details" and cannot be seen unless I close it. I then have to re-open the Sale details to search for the newly created Item that was added to quickbooks. This windo previously opened in front of the "Sale details" window, to edit. I have tried multiple different browsers on different platforms, with the same result.

The issue you've described above sounds like a browser-related issue. Clearing cache and cookies is a great way to clean your browser allowing it to work more efficiently. Here's an article that shows you how to do that: How to clear cache and cookies. If this doesn't work, I suggest using a private/incognito window to see if that works instead.
