I can't see any information in my account. Has this ever happened before? Customer service couldn't help.

Everything is gone. Just curious about where my info is since I'm paying $30 a month.

To get started, I recommend checking to see if you're logging into the right account using your normal login credentials. In case this issue persists, I suspect you may be experiencing browser-related issues that can cause issues such as the one you've described above. Clearing cache and cookies helps with fixing most browser issues. You can do this by following the steps in this article: Clear Cache and Cookies.
