Question

I'm facing issues with QBO Time. It is just not responsive. Clicking on Weekly Time sheet option isn't working, unable to add name in the "Single activity".

Welcome to Community!  Unresponsive pages can definitely have a negative impact on your day.  QuickBooks Online enables you to enter time activity seamlessly.  I would be glad to assist!

 

Let's get this sorted out by performing some troubleshooting steps, if you haven't done so already.  One of the possible reasons why it isn't responsive, is that your browser stores frequently-accessed data, that can create system performance issues.  Let's try accessing your QuickBooks Online account using a private browser to see if it's a browser data issue.

 

Press this shortcut key on your keyboard to open a private browser:

 

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N on your keyboard for Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.
  • Press Command + Shift + N for Safari.

 

If this works, it means that you need to clear the browser's cache, so the system can start fresh.  If you get the same result, I recommend switching to a different browser such as Firefox, Google Chrome, Edge, or Safari.  Once you've completed these steps, you can proceed to enter your time activity.
