I NEED HELP. I CANNOT LOCATE A CUSTOMER NAME ON THE ACTIVE & INACTIVE LIST. BUT WHEN I TYPE THE NAME ON THE NEW ESTIMATE IT SHOWS UP

I WANT TO EDIT THAT CUSTOMER NAME.  IT SEEM THAT AFTER THE UPDATE. I'VE BEEN HAVING ISSUES WITH ADDING CUSTOMER NAMES

I suspect you may be experiencing a browser-related issue that's causing the issue you've described above. Clearing cache and cookies helps with fixing most browser issues. You can do this by following the steps in this article: Clear Cache and Cookies.
