I opened the account under my info on my phone for my husband's business does he need a seperate account or can he use this one and all tax forms come to his business

It's a pleasure to see you in Community.  Welcome!  With QuickBooks Online, it's always best to have individual business accounts to ensure the taxes and other areas of the books are calculated and recorded accurately.  Each account is specific to the Company details and additional security is implemented when trying to log into QuickBooks Online.  To ensure full access, the best course of action is to select the QuickBooks Online product that's the best fit for the business and complete the setup with Primary Admin credentials.
