I see how to use Quickbooks Business Network and how to set up new customers. I would like to connect some existing customers. How do I do that?

The QuickBooks Business Network is designed to help find the contact information for their customers and suppliers in a directory made up of other QuickBooks Online customers. It's important to note that you don’t need to do anything to become a member of the QuickBooks Business Network; your QuickBooks Online subscription is all you need to connect with other members.  I encourage you to check the following article that provides detailed info and a video tutorial on Using the QuickBooks Business Network. In case you need hands-on assistance on navigating the program, I recommend getting in touch with our phone support team using the details below: 

• Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > choose Contact Us > provide a brief summary > select Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
• Social Media: Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
• Support hours are from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET.
