I would like to add my account to the group of people that are having an issue with using the connection between QB and TD Bank. What is the process for this?

Hi Victor37,

 

I appreciate you reaching out to us here, with regards to the connection with TD bank  and QuickBooks Online.   As you are aware, this has been escalated for further investigation with our Development Team.  At this time, I encourage you to contact our Customer Care team outside of Community, so they can add you to the list of affected users, and ensure you receive an email notification when the issue has been resolved.  In addition, you can follow the bank feed status here.   In the interim, you can manually upload your transactions, so your account remains accurate and up to date.

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
