I would like to delete all things done in qb today

Thanks for connecting with us here. Sometimes it's necessary to erase your work so you can start on a fresh new page. I'll be happy to share more info so you can get back to doing what you love. 

The most efficient way to see the work you've done today is through the Audit Log. You can find this option by clicking on the Gear icon > Audit log. From here you'll be able to see your entries today and I recommend clicking on each of the entries to manually delete them. For example, if there's an invoice that you're seeing on the Audit log from today, you can click on it so the invoice opens and at the bottom of the invoice you'll find an option to delete it. 

You can also look into using third-party apps that can help you with bulk deleting your entries from today. To search for these apps, visit www.apps.com, search for transactions management/bulk deleting apps, choose the one that suits your business needs based on the app reviews.
